Our cast and band consists of professionally trained actors, singers, and musicians who have embarked on worldwide tours and amassed a wealth of stage experience individually. This dedicated team meticulously study and recreate the authentic sound and true essence of ABBA live. As a genuine tribute band should; The Björn Identity offer a faithful representation of the iconic Swedish group. Touring with full production value, the show includes professional sound and lighting engineers and crew to ensure your event sounds as good as it looks. The production also contains a real-time AV video show, facilitated at Festivals, corporate events and theatre shows. The Björn Identity take pride in being one of the few ABBA tribute bands in the UK & Ireland to showcase a spinning replica of Benny’s white Yamaha CP80 stage piano, ensuring an authentic concert experience at every performance. Our ABBA show captivates audiences of all ages from 8 to 80 and is a firm favourite with the die-hard ABBA enthusiasts seeking more than just a re-visit to the ABBA Gold Album. - 100 mins: Full show, high-energy, non-stop (perfect for headline, party nights, weddings)
- 2 x 55 mins: Complete ABBA greatest hits show (suitable for hotels & private functions)

Other Information:
We can provide background music as a courtesy before, during the interval and for a maximum of 30 mins after the show as a cutesy gesture. This is a premixed playlist. Please note: this is not a suitbable substitute for a DJ service and should not be advertised as such. If you would like to book us alongside a specialised personality DJ we can recommend one for an additional charge. This is highly recommended package option for weddings, corporate events, and Christmas party nights.

Do you perform internationally?
Yes, we have performed in various locations across Europe & our performers have travelled professionally worldwide, and we are open to international bookings – early booking advised.
What are your most popular songs?
We specialise in ABBA’s greatest hits like “Dancing Queen,” “Waterloo,” and “Chiquitita” but we also perform lesser-known, deep cuts for the fans such as: The Visitors, As Good As New, Why Did It Have to Be Me, Tiger and of course ABBA’s latest song Don’t Shut Me Down
Can you customise your playlist for specific events?
The Bjorn Identity set list is heavily packed full of all your favourtie ABBA songs and more. Each performance is a ‘show’ and is prepped and formatted ahead of your event. We are happy to send you a setlist and discuss any songs you may wish to hear or not hear, but essentially the format of the show will be plan in advance. We do not do song requests on the night.
How long is a typical performance?
Our standard show lasts for approximately 2 x 55mins but this can be adjusted based on the needs of your event.
Do I need to provide you with a sound or lighting system
No. The show can provide all your production needs. Please advise production requirements at the time of enquiry
The Bjorn Identity is an acclaimed authentic ABBA tribute band based in Belfast, Northern Ireland who perform all over Europe. They recreate the magic of ABBA in Concert like no other, providing an authentic and engaging experience for all ages, that includes iconic costumes, abba choreography, real life couples and and of course, live music.
Do you offer audience interaction during your shows?
Yes, audience engagement is an integral part of our performances. We love to get everyone dancing and singing along!
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 9-12 months in advance, especially for peak seasons and holidays. However, feel free to check for last-minute availability but this is rare.

Is your show suitable for Children
We get asked this a-lot. The answer is YES but attendance at hotels and nightclubs is usually restricted after 9pm. We highly recommend you check your ticket terms and conditions or contact the venue should you be unsure of any age restrictions. Our theatre tour is family friendly from 8 to 80.
The Legal Bit
The Björn Identity ABBA Tribute band are comprehensively insured to perform at your event with £10 million public liability & Employers Liability. All equipment is annually PAT tested complying with all venues specifications and risk assessments are available upon request.

Nor is permission given for anyone to use this name to market an event of a similar musical or generic nature. With respect to ABBA copyright and the request of legal Sweden, no Björn Identity event shall be publicly advertised as simply ‘ABBA’ and use of the trademark ‘ABBA logo’ is strictly forbidden. Text must include ‘ABBA tribute’ or ‘Tribute to ABBA’ as subheading to the band name: The Bjorn Identity on all marketing.
In the event of illness, or unavailability, we reserve the right to change the cast line up at any time. All our cast members & deputy performers/musicians are professionally trained for the stage and are show ready to step in to cover illness or unavailability of original band members.
